Exchanges & Returns

Absolutely! You can exchange or return your ring within 30 days of the purchase date. See the how-to below. We do not offer return labels.

Timeframe: One-time exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: The ring must be unworn and in like-new condition.
Process:
1. Include your order number, packing slip, and the size or style you’d like.
2. Package the ring securely (use a padded envelope; not standard mailing envelopes).
3. You can reuse the bubble mailer the ring was sent in, just obtain a new mailing label at your carrier of choice.
4. International orders will be sent shipping invoices.
Damage: Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected or fees accessed.
Notifications: You’ll receive email updates and tracking info once processed.

Return/Exchange Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase.
Applicable Fees:
- Custom engraved rings (SKU JB or JTR): $30 fee
- Custom Rings (SKU JB-JTR and JTV): $25 restocking fee.
- All Diamond rings: 15% scrap fee of the purchase price.
- Venture engraved rings (SKU JTV): $45 fee + 20% exchange fee of purchase price.

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: The ring must be undamaged and in original condition.
Process:
1. Include your order number/packing slip.
2. Use our packaging or a similar secure option.
3. Ship it back to us.
Important Notes:
- Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Rings returned after 30 days will be rejected.
- May be rejected or have fees applied if damaged.

Notifications: You’ll receive email updates once your refund is complete.

Before Shipment: Cancellation is allowed before the ring ships. If already ordered with the designer, a $10 restocking fee applies.
Sezzle Payments: A 8% cancellation or return fee will be deducted from your refund.
